My name is Cati Porter
I am a writer, editor, and publisher living and working in the Inland Empire, a place I have called home for most of my adult life.

My most recent poetry collection is Small Mammals (Mayapple Press, 2023).​ Earlier collections include Novel (Bamboo Dart Press, 2022) and The Body at a Loss (CavanKerry Press, 2019).
In 2023, I was honored to be a recipient of an Individual Artist Fellowship from the California Arts Council. From 2013-2025, I was executive director of Inlandia Institute and Inlandia Books, and from 2005-2025 I published Poemeleon: A Journal of Poetry.
In 2010, I was granted an MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in poetry from Antioch University Los Angeles.
